After-sales services in Baku and our regions include: delivery of the product to the address and installation, informing the consumer about the features and qualities of the product, responding to complaints in a timely manner, and providing the necessary assistance. There is a one-year guarantee on the products you purchase from the Soliton Chain of Stores. Each brand has a different warranty. In accordance with the terms of the warranty, if any technical malfunction occurs during this period, this malfunction is repaired by the maintenance personnel of our store, additionally, ongoing technical support and repair services are carried out after the guarantee expires.

For the installation and use of the purchased product, it is recommended that you contact the "SOLITON SERVICE" organization. Otherwise, incorrect installations may deprive you of the free service. Read the instructions before contacting the service center. If household items are used in non-domestic areas (cafes, restaurants, etc.), then the warranty is considered invalid.

GUARANTEE - means replacement of a spare part that fails during the provided period with a new one free of charge.

GUARANTEE - products sold under the terms can be exchanged or returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of sale in case of failure. After this date, the customer cannot request a product replacement.

GUARANTEE - starts from the date of sale of the product.

Performing repairs at service points during the warranty period is preferable.

During the warranty period, service is provided to the service center within 3 (three) days at the latest from the requested date.

The product received at the Service Point for repair must be delivered to the customer within 14 (fourteen) working days. (Except for exceptional cases: delay of the ordered spare part, force majeure cases). Otherwise, the product is replaced with a new one.

​Products with a three-pole mains connection must be connected to a grounding system, while other products should be connected to an earthing system according to the degree of importance. All connections must be equipped with a direct or indirect circuit breaker. Otherwise, the damage to the product will be recovered at the customer's expense.

An additional 6 (six) months warranty is provided for the expired product if it is serviced by "Soliton Service". Request a service receipt for this.

If the number on the warranty card is erased, torn or any writing is changed, the warranty is considered invalid.

Connect large-scale equipment with an electric regulator, and gas-powered equipment with a gas regulator!

WARRANTY TERMS APPLY TO:

  • 1 (one) year warranty of large household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, gas stove, oven, cooking panel, aspirator, TV, freezer, air conditioner, electric and gas water heater, combi heater). The warranty period for TV panels is 18 (eighteen) months;
  • Replacement of the parts located in the product (if the rules of use are followed, the necessary parameters are correctly provided) with new ones;
  • Bringing the product (large scale) to the service point and returning it for the purpose of repair;
  • 1 (one) time free installation and explanation of the rules of use;
  • 1 (one) year warranty of small household appliances (Small kitchen appliances, small electronic appliances, electric heater, camera, iron, vacuum cleaner, special care tools).

WARRANTY TERMS DOES NOT APPLY TO:

  • Malfunctions caused by disregarding operational instructions;
  • Mechanical damage;
  • Regular cleanings (washing of air conditioners, cleaning of pumps and filters of washing machines, cleaning of refrigerators, cleaning of audio and video heads, etc.);
  • Remote controls and batteries;
  • Paint shedding and fading in flammable products;
  • Mechanical damage and breakage of glass and plastic spare parts;
  • Humidity-related corrosion and electronic malfunctions;
  • Malfunctions caused by abnormal electricity, water, and gas parameters;
  • Tampering with the cable system, altering the manufacturer's structure without the service center's knowledge;
  • Malfunctions caused by outside interference;
  • Malfunctions caused by natural disasters;
  • Malfunctions caused by foreign objects, insects, or substances entering the product;
  • Faults caused by installations made in improper places at the request of the customer.
